2024-2025 Tuition and Fees
Pre-Kinder: $31,876 | Lower School: $37,270 | Middle School: $39,953
EBI’s tuition includes the following materials, fees, and supplies: books, technology devices, field trips, overnight trips, and the yearbook. Excluded in tuition are before- and after-school care, after-school enrichment classes, summer camps, and camp during select school year vacation days.
Capital Fund Fee: All EBI families are required to make a one-time, non-refundable contribution of $2,000 to the school’s Capital Fund at the time of their first child’s enrollment in EBI. The contribution is per family (not per student). Like tuition, Capital Fund contributions can be made in a single payment, two payments, or monthly through the FACTS Tuition Payment System.
Note that families receiving tuition assistance are exempt from the requirement to contribute to the Capital Fund.
Tuition Payment Information
Tuition Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of tuition must be submitted to EBI when the enrollment contract is submitted. Non-refundable deposits are due in mid-February for returning students and their siblings and in mid-March for new applicants.
Penalties for Contract Withdrawals and Cancellations
Parents may cancel their Enrollment Contract by giving written notice of cancellation to EBI’s Director of Finance and Operations by the close of business May 1st. If this action is taken by the close of business May 1st, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited but parents will not be obligated to make future tuition and fee payments set forth in the Contract. Parents shall be liable to pay EBI the full amount of tuition and fees set forth in the Enrollment Contract if EBI does not receive written notice of cancellation by the close of business on May 1.
Tuition Payment System
Tuition at EBI is paid using the FACTS Tuition Payment System. Enrollment in FACTS is mandatory to complete your registration (please see below for details). FACTS provides automatic deduction from a checking or savings account for tuition, the Capital Fund (if applicable), and Aventura extended day-care program. FACTS accounts must be set-up upon the submittal of the enrollment contracts. New users will be assessed a one-time set-up fee required by FACTS based on the payment plan chosen – $5 for a One-payment plan, $15 for a Two-payment plan and $50 for a 10-payment plan. Please note that this is not an EBI fee but charged and retained by FACTS.
Tuition Payment Plans
In one installment (requires a one-time FACTS enrollment fee of $5). Receives a $200 tuition discount. If you have been awarded tuition assistance, the $200 discount does not apply. Due on or before April 30.
In two installments (requires a one-time FACTS enrollment fee of $15). Receives a $100 tuition discount. If you have been awarded tuition assistance, the $100 discount does not apply. Due on or before April 30 and September 30.
Ten Monthly installments (requires a one-time FACTS enrollment fee of $50). Due monthly beginning on or before April 30 and final payment is to be made on or before January 31.
FACTS Tuition Payment System – Account Set-Up Instructions
FACTS Tuition Payment System (FACTS) enrollment is done electronically. If you are a new FACTS user, please click on this link which will take you to the sign-up page. Alternatively, you can paste the link into your browser. Registration must be completed upon the submittal of the enrollment contract.
Please Note:
- When entering information, please ignore the graduation date for your child.
- Please print the confirmation page for your records.
- Once you submit your information, EBI will confirm your remaining tuition balance and your payments will begin on the payment date indicated. An enrollment letter/email will be sent to you by FACTS.

EBI Community Programs Fees
EBI Community Programs include the Aventura extended day-care program, school-year camps and after-school enrichment classes.

Aventura Extended Day Program
The Aventura extended day-care program is available from 7:30 to 8:20 a.m. and from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. EBI offers three plans for after school care:
- Unlimited/5-day plan. Includes before and after care during school year camps: $4,650
- Unlimited/3-day plan. Includes any three pre-selected days per week, as well as before and after care during school year camps: $3,390
- Drop-in plan. Is $35 per use (defined as any portion of the time, i.e. 20 minutes or 3 hours will be charged at $35). Drop-in cards may be purchased through UltraCamp.
School Year Camps
School Year Camps are generally held during fall, winter and spring breaks. Cost for these camps is NOT included in the above tuition. Advance registration and payment are required. Please visit the Community Programs Page for more information.
Enrichment Classes
Enrichment Classes are open to EBI families and the community. These are offered after school and are NOT included in tuition. Please visit the Community Programs Page for more information.
