Information and Technology
Information and Technology are more interwoven now than ever before. The International Baccalaureate recognizes that Technology and Information encompass a wide range of digital tools, media and learning environments for teaching and learning. Information and digital literacy skills are key to our inquiry based programme as students construct their own understanding through research. These skills are transferable across disciplines and have become ever more important to navigating the Internet, on-line databases and catalogs. At EBI our librarian, coordinator of academic technology and director of curriculum and learning, work closely to support teachers and students to integrate information and technology skills through lessons, unit planning and development of curriculum documents.Sagrario Argüelles Director of Curriculum and Learning
